Ashley was raised in Orlando, FL, and graduated from Edgewater High School. She attended Valencia Community College and earned her AA degree. She then worked for Two Men and a Truck for 8 years before heading to the Information Technology field. Ashley was an IT Recruiter for 8 years and then moved to a Software Development Company where she was in charge of Sales, Marketing, and Community Events.
In 2009 she was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. She saw a GI doctor who prescribed her medication and she was on her way. Fast forward to 2016, she was pregnant with her 2nd child and her body broke- she had multiple UC flares and every other pregnancy thing you wouldn’t want to have. After giving birth her body did not return to “normal”. In 2018, after 2 years of being sick and tired, she decided to make some changes. After researching diets and ways to feel better she cut out gluten, dairy, sugar, soy, corn, and preservatives. Needless to say, she felt amazing and this sparked an interest in helping others navigate the journey of health. In 2023, Ashley graduated from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition as a Health Coach. She started with Absolute Health and Wellness in August of 2023 and has never looked back.
